ANNOUNCEMENTS:
It is with great pleasure that I announce for the third time our newest members name- Monika Ovsonka-,Dr. David Henry and Mrs. Sandra Rothman and for the first time announce Shane Moon who also wants to join our club.
Club Assembly- will be held on Monday, March 24th at 6pm.- it has been suggested that we have a dinner and Mike has very kindly checked with the DYC= they will open for us if we have 25 people attending-if we do not have a confirmed number of 25 then we will have to revert back to another venue. Each of the members will receive an invitation with the menu today. At the Assembly- we’ll be inducting our three newest members- Dr. David Henry, Mrs. Sandra Rothman, Mrs. Monika Ovsonka and Shane Moon. -we’ll also be discussing our By laws and Constituion changes that have been directed from RI- thank you to John Teibert and Frank Parkhouse for putting this together. As per our by laws- John has already sent out the changes by Club Runner, to each member to read and have for discussion and vote on the 24th.
Polio Plus Piggy-Cathy
Please continue to support our Miss Piggy as we get closer to our joint luncheon- Arie has very generously provided media coverage for this event on Snap etc. as we present an additional cheque to RI from the three clubs to help with the Polio Plus program
Bingo-John Teibert – We need volunteers for Friday’s bingo.
Explore Niagara- Mike Gionet – Rally meeting today after the meeting. If you know anyone who would like to promote their business, they could sponsor the car rally.

There is a joint 3 club President’s meeting on Wednesday, March 12th at 8 AM
The joint clubs luncheon is on Monday, April 7th at Johnny Rocco’s. As our club is hosting it this year,please plan to attend and show your club support for this very interesting event.The menu is superb- the speaker- tremendous. An official registration form will be sent to all- please fill it in as soon as possible to enable us to get a proper head count. We already have requests from 4 Buffalo Club Rotarians to attend to hear the speaker-

GUEST SPEAKER: Bill Boehlen- Professor of Broadcasting at Niagara College who will be showing the complete video of the South African documentary. It is very moving to see how the people live in a 3rd world environment and the impact it had on the students.
