1. 2009-10 Rotary Meeting Calendar - to be emailed to all members
2. District Governor Pravin Suchak will visit Monday August 10th Board Meeting to follow
3. New District 7090 Newsletter Editor/Publisher - Elisabeth Biers of Niagara Fallsl
Cathy Henry advised that 14 tables have already sold for the Take It To Hear Gala. Cathy needs to know ASAP if other members want tickets or tables. The event will sell out early.
June Manning asked for direction from club members with respect to hosting a second annual Niagara Hoe Down. The general consensus was to hold another Hoe Down.
Jason Pollock reminded everyone about the selling of glow sticks at Ribfest. Volunteers are needed forboth Friday and Saturday.
Greg McDonald needs two more volunteers for Bingo this Friday evening.
