Sheila introduced- Lynn Ogryzlo who spoke about culinary and agriculture activism in Niagara.
Ly nn is a Niagara Food Writer with various local publications and has published a cook book that has been awarded "Best in Canada" and is going to Paris to accept the award. Lynn i ntroduced the Niagara Culinary Map that details various centers throughout the Region to purchase/taste local foods. As Niagara is considered the richest food/agriculture belt in Canada, this map assists all of us in participating in purchasing Niagara foods- if we all spent $10..00 per week on local foods- we could generate $250,000,000.00 towards our local economy.
Lynn was thanked by Paul Massuet.
